Bookings, cancellations and refunds.

Booking and payment

To book online we ask for a card. Nothing is charged when you book. Your card is stored securely by Stripe, our payment processor; we never see the full number.

Prices are in Canadian dollars, plus HST. At the shop we take cash, debit and credit cards.

Changing or cancelling

You can change or cancel online, using the link in your confirmation email, up to 24 hours before your appointment. After that, please contact us.

Missed appointments and late cancellations

If you can't make it, please let us know as early as you can so someone else can have the spot.

Refunds and returns

Not happy with your cut? Tell us within 7 days and we'll fix it free. Services that have already been done aren't refunded.

Unopened products can be returned within 14 days with your receipt for a refund to the original payment.
